I just had a really BAD experience with this lady. I called her to find out where it was. She told me at kipling and steeles which wasn't a problem. I proceeded there and parked my car at a plaza. Then walked over to 2777 Kipling. When I got there I could here her come and look thru the peep hole. Her friend came out and said she not feeling well sorry. Then she should have said something in the begining when I was travelling there.
