How to deactivate-delete my account or posts

Just wondering how to deactivate or delete my account .. there is no option in User CP option. The contact us button of this website also doesn't work.

If not can admins delete the posts for a user. The reason is the posts created by a user easily appear in google search results even though userid sheilds some of the privacy of a user however it may not be good enough restricted privacy over the internet (hope only logged in users can view posts and not anyone without a login .. currently thats not the case)
